DCM > May in Review

The ice has thawed, and hockey is almost over. Spring is here. Things are heating up in the Okanagan, and so are we!

First off, as you probably saw in “Tinhorn.com Redesigned, Redeveloped, Relaunched!“, Tinhorn Creek Winery has launched their new website. It was a fun project to work on and the team is thrilled with the finished site. Make sure to check it out at tinhorn.com. You can also follow Tinhorn Creek Winery on twitter at @TinhornCreek.

We would also like to announce a new partnership with Rutland Waterworks District. Look forward to seeing a newly branded interactive experience online in the coming months.

We also would like to wish our very own Beth Walls good luck as she takes some time off to have her new baby boy! We miss you already Beth!

In addition to wishing Beth a temporary farewell, we would like to wish our newest member of the team, Dylan Tyre a warm welcome. Dylan will be working with us throughout the summer.

We would like to congratulate 103.9 The Juice on their recent online campaign, “The Juicy Give”. The campaign encourages listeners to log on to 1039TheJuice.com and vote for their favourite charitable cause. The winner of which will receive a minimum of $100,000 and $50,000 of media support. Not only is it a great cause, it has been successful in exponentially (600%) increasing traffic to the site. Be sure to check out the entries and vote! You can view them at http://1039thejuice.com/juiceGiveList.php.

Speaking of giving, we were happy to sponsor the 7th Mayor’s Youth Forum focusing on “Healthy Living” held on May 7. It was a great opportunity to get out and help youth promote their great ideas on healthy living for both today, and in the future.

See everyone next month!
